your website is not working and no ETA on it being fixed -
UNACCEPTABLE - as you suppose to have fail safe plans -
you are very fast to send smses for advance debit orders over the festive season - however your website does not work - when trying to make a booking at a hotel -
ERROR - "Unable to retrieve hotel availability. Please try again later"
your call centre was able to replicate this as well as I had called them refer to 3145984934
