Non service and lack of Customer Relation

On 23 March I made a hotel booking at Eastgate Garden Court via Vitality's Website.
Upon arrival at the hotel on 30 March, with my family, i was informed that no booking was received from Vitality.
I then contact Vitality, only to be told that Vitality operting hours are monday to friday.

Fortunately for me, I had paid with my Discovery Card, and contacted Dicovery Card directly, who then informed that the funds were indeed taken from my discovery card and they instructed me to pay AGAIN at the hotel, and that the matter can be taken up with Vitality on Tuesday 2 April, when they open again.

Now, I had to PAY AGAIN, with the hope that the hotel had rooms available on this busy easter weekend.

On 5 April only did vitality contact me to arrange the refund. HOWEVER, i was refunded the amount paid via the vitality website, NOT the amount I paid at the hotel. So the discount that would have applied for being a Vitality member was NOT refunded and I ended up paying the normal rate at the hotel despite being a Vitality member.

Since then, i have logged thre calls and several emails with Discovery and only receive automated email replies. NO PERSON has attended to me nor my query!!!
