Discovery Vitality has recently launched a new service, namely the Living Vitality Website. This service promises to provide a method whereby the subscriber can track their progress in regards fitness and other health related processes. The site would also allow interaction between other subscribers thereby creating a sense of community while one works hard at improving ones fitness.
My problem with this new service is a simple one. I cannot get access to the website and every attempt I have made to resolve this problem with Discovery Vitality has ended in failure. I have been promised on more than one occasion that the problem would be resolved within 5 working days, but nothing is done to improve the situation.
If you call Discovery you are informed that you need to send an email to Living Vitality. When you attempt to send Living Vitality an email to the address provided by their telephone consultants, you receive message delivery failure.
It's been an exercise in futility and something needs to be done about this. I have spent money on a Garmin sports watch that is now useless to me.
I am certain that I'm not alone in my experience.
