Imagine a perfect afternoon of oysters and wine looking out over the Knysna heads, only to come home to the apartment to find that all your things are GONE!! Upon investigation, our belongings had been moved to the next unit, doors left unlocked and a personal item missing. The owner did not answer or return our phonecalls. All we got was a pathetic apology sms. The coffee in the coffee tin was rock hard, the shower water didnt drain, there was only enough hot water for 1 person to shower, and the list goes on... The aircon remote mysteriously disappeared when we left the unit for lunch. (In the middle of summer, it was hot and humid) Again no answer from the owner.
PATHETIC SERVICE!!!
I definitely do not recommend this place.
