Please help
I booked a hotel via discovery vitality in Durban and they tell me my booking wasn't confirmed because now suddenly the hotel is fully booked.my booking was paid for on the 19 July 2013. I have been on the line with vitality since the beginning of the week and they cant give a solution and they say I must pay to make another booking and they are not covering the costs.
my booking was suppose to be tomorrow 09 to 11 August2013.This is a serious inconvenience and I have to be in Durban by tomorrow and they are not taking responsibility for their errors.(two manager by the Thabo and his superior)
