INCORRECT INFORMATION

My daughter had an allergy attack. Went to Mondeor Med centre. Dr sent her for a allergy test which he said is expensive. Jennifer at the lab assisted. asked her the Price she said R1300 I was prepared to pay cash & I told her I only had R2000-00 left on my savings. I received acc for R3300-00. when I called Jennifer denied giving me an amount. Phoned Lancet office & spoke to Mbali who told me Cash and Medical is the same amount, Was not happy with his info & was put thru to Lyzette who told me that Mbali/ manger was sitting next to her & she did not tell me that cash Medical aid cost the same. I asked to listen to the call. Lyzette then advd she will come back to me. phoned on 18/11/2013 & Lyzette told me the IT dept is having a problem retreiving a call & CUT my call. i phoned back spole to Zelmari who told me she will get the manager to call. No body called. phoned a week later and Zelmarie told me she was busy and she promised to get the manager to call. still no call. phoned on 13/12 spoke to Tumi Ditle how as emailed me and basically advd that I should contact the Doctor who attended to me. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE & ATTITUDE OF ALL THE LADIES THAT AT LANCET
