Charge wrongly and got attitude

I am so disappointed with lancet i was hospitalize in union hospital and charge with wrong date and the medical aid did no pay . when i was in hospital i was getting endless calls about my account not settled . i was discharged and went to alberton lancet where i was told they can not do anything they put me trough to your call center where i got an unprofessional lady by the name of thembani who she did not understand a thing she asked her supervisor who did not want to know my problem. i was up and down tying to sort this problem of having wrong date on the invoice she said they can not change the dates . i went back to alberton where i was put trough to the account department and i spoke to the lady by the name of Mbali Miya who promised me to change the dates and she called me after that was done and she said she will call me as soon as it is paid.
it so frustrating i was on crutches going up and down the steps and have people with bad attitude and insist that they are rite i would like to appeal to the management to look into this otherwise i will never have to be treated by lancet in the near future and every body be aware lancet can frustrate meanwhile they are at the wrong
