Account, missed calls & failure to comunicate

In May I took my daughter to Roseacres due to abdominal pains. The doctor ordered some blood test which Lancet did. Neither the doctor nor Lancet told us what the test were for and when the results came I was simply told that everything is normal. Since my medical aid did not pay I received an SMS from Lancet stating that I must pay the outstanding amount immedeatly. Since I had no account or statement from then I called them and requested that a statement be posted. This did not happen but I kept on receiving "missed calls"from Lancet. Each time they will call and put the phone down. After numerous complaints they send me an account. When I received it I pmedeatly since I do not want to get blacklisted as they have the tendency to threaten people with this. I then asked for a copy of the results and were now told that I must take my daughter to a Lancet lab to get the results. Apparently they can't email or fax results. Thinking about it now I feel that I have no way of checking the account as the results are not available and I might even be charged for tests not performed. Is Lancet in trouble for they can't even afford to phone call and then refuse to provide proof of tests don
