SOMEONE NOT DOING THEIR JOB!!!

I received a ITC, PRE LEGAL LETTER in the post yesterday 08/04/2013

First off I want to mention that their statement was the First and ONLY correspondence that I received on 06/02/2013. Until the PRE LEGAL LETTER yesterday.
When I received the Lancet statement I called their accounts department that same day and explained the following:
I was called by Trudi 011 762 4223 (my doctor's office) and was told that my medical aid does not cover the laboratory charges and was asked if I would like to continue or cancel the test to wich I responded to have it canceled.
ON 06/02/2013 I received a statement from LANCET requesting payment for the test I so clearly canceled!!!
First I called the Lancet accounts department and told them that the test was cancelled - the lady who assisted me requested I call my doctor's office and sort it out with them.
So I called Trudi (my doctor's office) immediately and she confirmed that she did cancel with Lancet.
Now I get PRE LEGGAL LETTER stating my Assets will be sold to settle account!!! Please, get people who can do their job right!!! Test was canceled!!!
