When Craig Muller came in to consult with me about the Discovery Key Care plan he quoted me R638. I then get my contract which was for R893. I asked for this to be explained and I was told that it would be sorted out and in the mean time I signed. No one bothered to respond to me, I subsequently asked for my medical to be cancelled. As I explained then I do not feel that I should be paying the R893 amount due to Discovery's incompetence. I was then billed, I reversed the payment and yet again explained this to a lady that phoned me regarding my emailed complaint to Discovery, I was assured that if I did indeed need to pay I would be contacted, never happened. This month, yet again I was billed. After explaining my sorry story all over again, to multiple Discovery Staff members, I asked for a manager to phone me on the 3rd of January by 12:00. Obviously I never received that call. Please can you sort this out now, I am tired of having to run around speaking to different people, wasting my time and giving me headaches. Discovery Medical is supposed to help you when you are ill, not cause you so much stress and aggregation that it causes your illness.
