Incompetent Staff

I went to Lancet for blood tests and i paid cash. I then claimed the amount from my medical aid who in turn paid Lancet a month ago. I then called them to get a refund for the amount but to date I am still waiting. No one seems to know where the amount is and they cant even trace it even though its appearing on their statement. I have had to call i dont know how many times, email and no one is getting back to me. This is not the first time this has happened, i had a refund that was due to me before this one and no one bothered to get back to me. I had to call to be told that i had a refund outstanding. My medical aid confirmed that the proof of payment was sent to a certain Mienie and when i asked for her email address to follow up, Lancet told me that they will send an email to their back office and i should expect a response in three working days. After all the wait, i have to wait again? LANCET Service with their INCOMPETENT STAFF MEMBERS!! i want my refund.
