My medical aid did not pay a bill from Lancet so I tried to resolve this issue with Lancet by approaching my medical aid and informing Lancet about my course of action. I am responsible for this account and approached Lancet to finalise payment. I spoke to a call centre agent and was informed that this accout has been sent for collection by collection agents. I do understand how this happened as I have informed Lancet that I am awaiting a response from my medical aid wrt this account. When I received information that the medical aid is not going to pay I then contacted Lancet to make arrangements to pay this bill. The call centre agent abruptly ended the call and insist that I pay the full amount owed. I will try not to use lancet Laboratories in future and not recommend them to any of the people I know.
