SYSTEMS OFFLINE FOR VITALITYCHECK

I've been to DisChem twice and waited for one and a half hours to do my Vitalitycheck in order to retain my Healthyfood saving, only to be told that the Discovery systems are off all over and have been for quite a few days! You are obviously unable and extremely slow in fixing it! You are never slow though to take my debit orders and will never miss one day but when you can't get your systems to actually work, my effort, time and money is wasted, over and OVER!!! Pathetic!!!
