Your systems are unbelievable!! Always have a same problem with Vitality getting cancelled every time there is a change on the products (e.g. changing vitality from life to health and vise versa)! This is really frustrating and a complete waste of time. NOW they are telling me that my husband details were not transferred to the new membership and have to wait 3-5 days while they are checking their systems which are obviously not speaking to each other. So we cannot go to gym watch any movies but yet these benefits have been paid for!!
I'M COMPLETELY FED-UP WITH DISCOVERY!! I WANT THIS SORTED OUT TODAY! I SPENT ALMOST 45 MINS ON THE PHONE YESTERDAY AND WHEN I CHECK AGAIN IF EVERYTHING IS IN ORDER GOT ANOTHER SURPRISE!!
