My agreement with vitality clearly states: "All whole fresh fruit and plain, raw, cut or sliced fresh fruit is included on the HealthyFood benefit"
Discovery says: "We will not be able to credit you for the fresh produce description as it does not advise what the product purchased is. It is a generic description used by Pick n Pay and the items do no pull through due to systems constraints."
On the till slips are written "Fresh Produce" and "Special offer"
The Mini Market in Knysna road says the problem is with Discovery and they will address the issue and come back but never did.
Pick a Pay blames Discovery and Discovery blames Pick n Pay and the customer looses.
