On the 22nd of April 2013 an enquiry was logged with regards to reinstating my gym membership with Virgin Active and Pick n Pay Healthy Foods by Alicia to the systems department. To this day (06 May 2013) I have not received any feedback from Discovery Vitality.
I made another call today to follow up on the matter and I have been advised by Lesego Seutloadi that anther enquiry needs to be logged with the systems department.
I am very disappointed by the fact that my problem have not been resolved to this date, meaning that I am paying for Vitality but not receiving any of the benefits. My biggest frustration is that I am not getting any feedback as to what is happening with my query.
