I visited specsavers pretoria cbd branch in the middle of novemer 2013 to do eye test as well get eye classes. eye test was done, chose the frame colour which was supposed to be brown but they provided me with black frame. and the store assistant insulted me when i went to pick up my order. i am not happy at all with the service as well as the information provided to me. to me they did this because it was late and everyone wanted to leave.
to my surprise when i got back to my work place i tried to fit the eye glasses only to find out that one site the was no and the glass fell, faulty product issued to customer without checked by store.this is really irritated and want them to sort this issue out as i took my time off from work and i wont be able to go to store anytime soon
