I've heard good reviews about this place but I've never been. So I decided to go onto their website to see what it's about because my birthday is coming up and found a special advertised for R699 per room mid week from the 15 January - 28 March 2014. So I decided to call and was told by the receptionist bronwyn that the special is finished? That makes no sense because we wanted to make a booking and it was clearly advertised. We terribly disappointed that such a big company has false advertising because the receptionist just kept on saying that the website is wrong and the special is finished and if I had a problem with it I should call her manager Pamela tomorrow and take it up with her. This is seriously poor service. I expect to receive a response from a manager as soon as possible with some feedback.
