Lack of response

Completed test on 9th Sept... told glasses ready on 13th... went to store on 13th, no glasses. Told would be ready on 21st Sept. Went to store, no glasses. Assistant checked computer and told me status..Still in process. I asked for a specific date but with excuses of leave, etc could not get a date.

I wrote a comment on the Spec-Saver web site... they wouldn't publish.

After 3 weeks I still cannot get specific feedback from anybody regarding the delivery date!!!
