I have been a client with Spec-savers Pretoria North (North Park) for more than 10 years. I never had any problems with their service which was outstanding. This time I received my glasses and after about 4 months I noticed that the frame was losing colour. I went back to Spec-savers and showed them the glasses. I was told that they will order a new frame and will contact me after it arrived. I received the call and was presented the new frame on which they then inserted the glasses from the older specs. Outstanding Service. Thank you
