Oken spectacles and no response

In December 2013 I handed in my specatcles for a new frame. I was promised a call when the new frames come in because they were out of stock. 3 weeks later no phonecall and I went in to find out what's happening. The new frame were there for sometime but no one bothered to inform me.it was not the colour I requested. I asked and was promised abother call once the frame I've asked for come in and 2 weeks later I got a sms saying my frame is ready.when I got there it was nowhere to be found and Bianca told me she will look for it and let me know. It is now 2 weeks later and no phonecall or sms from Specsavers.today when I rushed from work and got to Specsavers 17:48pm, the doors were closed and the lights were off. The trading hours outside clearly say 9:00am - 18:00pm. And still no new spectacles... Is that really the service a well known optometrist like Specsavers should give me even though I'm just a normal person?
