Bad Service actualy no Service

I went for an eye test on the 8th January 2013 this was part of the summer promotion that were advertised. Within a week I got my two pairs of glasses back, I used it for a week and found that my eyes got very irritated and red, I could not even drive with this glasses as they made me dizzy, I went back and got my eyes tested by another optometrist at the Secunda branch she informed me that the glass axes were not correct and that they need to rectify this but this time it would take ten working days I do not know why all of a sudden it now takes longer but I excepted it after all I need my glasses to work on the computer, after the ten working days I got a call from the branch and they told me that there lab made a mistake with the glasses and that the optometrist is not happy with the glasses and they had to sent it back to be rectified, I asked the lady how long it would take and she told me a week, well surprise it is now two weeks after that call an still no glasses. I have been a client of Specsavers for years now and this is the second time I had a problem with my Glasses but never before it took almost two months to fix. I really think that sorry is not good enough anymore.
