I recently resigned.
The company i was working for used to pay 2/3 of my medical.
When i resigned end october 2013 they deducted 2 months medical aid from my salary, 1 for october and 1 for end november.
Now on the 4th December i had another debit order of R1976.00, which was only supposed to go of end December according to me.
It is almost R2000.00 out of my budget that i didnt account for.
How can they just change debit order dates without consulting with their customers.
This is unacceptable.
