CHARGED DOUBLE PREMIUM

I'm with Discovery Health for 1 month and already I am unhappy with the way they handle things. My cover started on 1 September 2013 and my Debit order arrangement with them is for the money to be deducted on the 1st. Since they didn't deduct any payment in September, I assumed you pay at the end of the covered month. According to them the debit order was loaded too late so it went off only on the 1st of October, yesterday, along with October's payment. DOUBLE! and everyone knows medical aid is not cheap!

I feel that someone could have warned me that this was to happen so I could make proper arrangements.

I feel totally done in and very unhappy with this. I have to re-budget my whole month and I'm sure they don't even realize or care about what impact this has on a persons finances.
