Good afternoon, In October 2013 i requested for Discovery medical aid to change my debit order details i completed all the paper and had it submit as per the consultant from their customer care department. I was away on holiday overseas when i got back to my horror i discovered that Discovery has not changed my debit and it has not gone off, i called the customer care department once again they ensured me it will be sort out even got an email stating it has be reinstated and sorted out and then once again i received an sms stating my services has been terminated i called the call centre once again send emails via the website i am still awaiting feedback, so for discovery mistake i am currently without a medical aid, this is unacceptable.
