We made a booking on the 4th of December 2013 at La Dolce Vita Guesthouse and the receptionist confirmed the booking via the phone. We phoned her tree times more that day to ask her to give us the banking details to make the payment. She said we have to wait for the email. Al the info will be on the mail. The next morning of the 5th of December we phoned the guesthouse again and the receptionist informed us that there were no booking for us. As we asked her what happened since yesterday she informed us that she was not the receptionis at the time the booking was made. So my husband phoned to complain about bad service and asked to talk to the owner of the business. And all break loose. The owner shouted and sweared at my husband and as my husband hang up on him he kept on phoning him back and humiliate and swear at my husband and keep on saying the f word over and over and over. He also made remarks and said my husband should go back to the country where he belongs. My husband is a born South African but the guy thought my husband was a f&^%$$ dutchmen, as he called him. This was realy a shocking experience for us.
