Debit orders wrongly deducted

My medical aid with Bonitas started the 1st of December, which meant that my Medway gap cover should also have started the 1st of December. However on the 1st of December, Medway deducted 3 times the debit order amount. The last amount however didn't go through. Still they deducted an extra payment. I contacted Medway and they sent me a sms assuring me the funds will be allocated accordingly, which meant they would only deduct end of January again. The debit order couldn't go through as Medway assured us only end of January they will deduct again. I faxed them time and again bank statements, phoned and followed up. Still end of January two debit orders were deducted. I cancelled the policy, and that was accepted but still no news if I will get refunded the extra R185 or will they use it for the last debit order at the end of February. I do understand there is a 30 day cancellation policy, but to deduct from my debit order again would be unacceptable. Medway is a disgrace to the medical aid traid, and I would recommend no one uses Medway. I wasted R740, if they cant even deduct your debit order correctly how can they give proper cover and service.
