I am a loyal customer for the last 6 Years to Discovery and in mean time added addition 2 people to my discovery membership.
For the last 3 years i was a loyal Gym member at virginactive and have over 270 gym visits for the past 3 years,
The beginning of last year I fell sick to Malaria for 3 Months and nearly died for that reason I could not attend gym, so as I loyal gym and vitality member to virginactive I phoned virgin active and discovery to inform them that I will not make yearly quota as I am sick both parties agreed and said that when they phone me in the future I can just remind them that I was off sick for 3months

Last week i get a call from discovery informing me that my gym has expired, because of my quotas miss of 10 visits, i then told them that i made arrangements for this but they don't want to help me out at all I have to now go and pay a monthly fee to continue to gym at virgin, i phoned virginactive and they confirmed that i am still active at all gyms so virgin active know about this but not vitality?
Discovery said that they will follow up for me on Thursday and will phone me back in the next 2 days? Nothing hapen
I will be moving from medical if this continue
