(1) Initial quote took minimum of 2.5 weeks to return with complete information.
(2) Additional billing where other companies were not charging for an extra day of hire.
(3) As I was about to accept quote additional charges were included to reflect error made by staff handling original quote.
(4) Seldom, if ever, responded to messages left to return calls.
