Doctor Notsi send and authorisation for me to go to see Surgeon, we did it on the 07/10/2013 now it;s a month and still Discovery has not given me the feedback. My doctor said that they did send the form back and he has send it back to Discovery. Am so tired of getting a bad service from you guys because what you are trying to says to me is my issue is not important but am paying you guys everyday. I want the autjoration to be approved by the end of the business or i will take my business to bonitas thus a promise.
