INCORRECTLY BILLED, NOT PAID BACK YET

I am very dissatisfied with what has transpired after I requested a simple quotation. More then a month ago I phoned the atkv because I am a member and tried to get a quote for household, car, life insurance in order seeking cover for when we move into our home that is still being build. The lady who answered put me through to a guy named Lourens Page, we spoke and after giving him all information needed, I said to him that once we know when we can move in, we will contact him to say if they can go ahead with the cover or not, should we accept the quotation. He asked for my banking details and I gave those of my husband, but never did me or my husband give permission for any money to be deducted from his bank account, nor did we accept the quote as yet. To our surprise almost R1000.00 was deducted by auto&general at the end of September. Thinking it must be a mistake, I contacted Lourens who also assured me that there must be some kind of mistake and he will see to it that we get refunded. Today over a month later, we have not been refunded and struggeling to get our money back. Im frustrated and just want our money refunded. Please help
