I requested a quotation from auto and general and i declined the quote and decided to go with a cheaper insurer.
I lodged a complaint for the returned debit order charges on my account as i had not made provision for this premium to come out. I got an email saying that the policy was being cancelled and nothing regarding refunding me for the costs that were incurred as a result of Auto and General debiting my account without my permission.
Let alone the fact that my account is being tainted by unpaid debit orders and my profile being badly affected, i have to pay for the fees and i am not prepared.
Going back to the recordings you will note that the quotation was declined and i gave no authority to debit.
I am so frustrated.
