So frustrated!!!

I have been trying to get hold of someone to talk to from MSC cruises for a week now. I would like to book a cruise departing Durban on the 13th December for 2 people. Each day I have attempting booking on line
and you get to a certain page and then it says Internal server error. I have held on for many, many, many, many minutes on the number given to phone and I have tried every day for the past week. I have also made use of the service to email them your details for them to call you... I have done this for each day for the past week and to no avail... I am still awaiting a call. I am so frustrated and angry. This is ridiculous.
All I wanted was someone to speak to and assist me. What is one to do if your website is not working properly and the other contact services are to no avail. NOt impressed!
