We are members of the Sizwe Medical Aid for the past 13 years and never had any complaint about their service and delivery of payment to suppliers. When I call the Call centre to get information about benefits they are always very professional and friendly. I want to name one person who on many times assisted me with such a great attitude, her name Is Lydia Dengo. She is so friendly, always trying to help the members as best as possible, give tips to save on expenses and is great to talk to! Thank you Lydia, Sizwe must be very proud to have you on their team.
