Claims Unpaid - Agent Bad Attitude

I sent through a claim to Sizwe Medical Aid on behalf of my husband of an amount of R401.09 for a medical bill we had to settle over the weekend. Upon phoning the call centre, i spoke to Gugu Shongwe to follow up on the claim and if it has been processed, she told me that it will only be processed within 5 working days then she tells me Sizwe will not refund us because we only have a certain amount left for the year.

When I had no money, I had to find a way to pay for my husbands doctors visit and his x-rays and now Gugu tells me that she is not interested in what I have to say, that Sizwe will only refund us for R120. I had a very big argument with her because she keeps referring to the pharmcy bill.

You have to have your call agents better trained and to take them for communication classes because she could not understand what I was saying and then she has the cheek to tell me Im not letting her finish and Im making it seem that shes not doing her job. Well, Sizwe she is not doing her job and she is telling me that I will not be refunded for a bill that I covered and had to find money out of the heavens to have my husband cared for.

What a terribly rude woman!
