I always phone Sizwe Medical Fund call center and the agents there are always helpful. I want to name one person who on many times assisted me with such a great attitude, Lihle Nyandeni who always lends a listening ear, albeit fact that when I call I am angry at times. I want to single out one event when I was blowing a gasket and she happened to pick the phone up and managed to keep her cool when I was pointing fingers. She is so friendly, always trying to help. Keep it up and you will go far. Hoping you are getting some recognition.
