Ankmed refuses to pay 100% on authorisation

MY son is due for dental surgical theatre on the 1/11/2012, bankmed is approving an unacceptable 80% payout towards the authorisation, . I was on basic, core and saver option, the reason that made me change to traditional option was that i will have unlimited access to heathcare, hence on the othr options i was limited to care cross doctors. On the 29/10/2013, call ref:151354642 i was told by THULISWA THAT BANKMED ONLY PAYS 100% to heathcar only listed on their network, isn't this another kind of care cross list, and speak to how bankmed deals with their members, half of my salary goes to bankmed and now i have to pay some of the medical bills, just tell me where should i get the 20% and plus the R1500 core payment. I feel bankmed is doing as it pleases because firstly it is the only medical aid scheme in the banks, it is reaping us off and shows no mercy, this rubish stop I want what i was promised, unlimited access to health care on the agreed option, without any limitation, that is why i pay half of my salary, the fact that each year bankmed changes the way they do things doesn't have to affect me i was not consulted, does bankmed change things for company need or members.
