Management hides behind call centre

Bankmed promises that they will respond within 3 days on queries. Actual response time 3 weeks - on pre-auth matters where some urgency is required.
I was advised incorrectly that the Core Saver option was the best option for me. I asked to be reverted back to my previous choice. Bankmed indicated that I have till 28 February to do that. I sent them an email to request this on 22 February and still hasn't had any response.
About 2 years ago I had the same issues with Bankmed and only got any kind of service after approaching this website.
Impossible to complain to a manager at either Bankmed or Metropolitan Health, as they seem to hide behind a call centre rather to contribute to any form af customer service.
