Ankmed refused to pay

On the 29/10/2013 i lodged a complain against bankmed I was only responded to on the 01/11/2013. The response is not satisfactory, because should i find myself in the similar circumstance bankmed will do the same. I superficially mentioned the reasons why i changed to the traditiona plan and the expectation as per bankmed officials, also asked if i could be given proof that i was consulted when the way of doing things was discussed. I explained that half of my salary goes to bankmed where will i get the money to pay R1500, and why would i want to be a member of a medical aid with a benefit that attracts additional payments on top off the premium i pay. If this is what bankmed offers and the pathetic way they treat their memebers. I will seek further clarity around this and i will take this to the media, i have two authorisations sent to me which also displays the level incompetence within the bankmed organisation, bankmed is not in this business or the good of their members, it is in it for themselves. I will expose you for what you are, i'm going to he media with this circumstance, you will take your members seriously, it is my money i deserve the best treatment
