Ankmed officials disrespectful and lying. why would i be told i had to pay R1500 before my son could be admitted at the Pretoria Clinic and now you are telling me is R200. your official gave me authorisation for 80% and the rest was my bill, no where on the authorisation it shows R200. what you telling me is total nonsense and what does this help as i was as good as having no medical aid when i needed it, you can't address and resolve matters on time, if this was a matter of life and death my child would be dead. i don't owe bankmed a thing, You are inconsiderate when it comes to your members you are telling me about page 10 in the manual, i pay you my hard earned money each month without delays, i don't pay you so that you can refer me to a thick manual with a valid point on page 10. The point of taking medical aid is so that i can have access to health care and as i changed from one option to the other i expected unlimited access which i was promised, i didn't change so that i can look stupid, can you address this? companies like you think you own the world.
