NOT PROCESSING MY CLAIMS: REASON UNKNOWN

Care Cross and Bankmed are not processing my claims, since February 2013.Bankmed rejects claims to be processed by Care Cross, and Care Cross does not process, what will happen now if My son gets sick again? do you think those doctors will be willing to help me. In my FNB payslip, I've got every month, a medical aid deduction, but it seems am just raising funds for Bankmed/Care Cross and they are not delivering on their promise.

Since 25 March 2013, I have been trying to send a claim (bankmed@carecross), for my son's immunisation, and received an automated response, when I phoned on 02-04-2013, they said it was not received, had to resend same day, again received the automated response, but today again was told my email was never received and given a fax no 0216731811, and I resent again. But this is not acceptable what inefficient processes are they using? They need to prioritise service, currently they have a very mediocre service level, and I will speak to my employer I don't think there is a point in paying for no service.
