Still waiting for new medical aid cards

My son was born on 06 March 2013. I added him as a new beneficiary, and received the SMS confirming that he had been added and that my new cards would be delivered shortly. I received nothing. I assumed that they had been delivered to my workplace, and made no complaint.

I arrived back at work on 01 July 2013. There were no cards. I then applied for new cards to be delivered to my postal address after a few weeks of waiting. Again, I received confirmation that my new cards would be delivered, Because there was a postal strike, I waited, assuming that it would eventually arrive. I am however, getting impatient now.

When my twin sons were born in January 2012, I received new cards within a month, after they passed again, I received cards within a month, WITHOUT ME APPLYING FOR ANYTHING.
