We have been on Discovery for a few years, my husband changed jobs and we got other medical aid. We received bills from Discovery. I send them an e-mail with first payment stating that I would do down-payment. Month after payment received reminder for outstanding amount but does not reflect payment. Since first letter, I wrote numerious e-mails and made several phone calls, and each time get a different answer. Email dated 18/01/2013 from Sharief, he forwarded my email To: cptmemdebt, kznmemdebt, gaumemdebt with the following remark: "Please assist with the below. Advise member once done "
I didnt receive assist or advice, reply by mail from them, only Phone call today from bank, we have been placed on ITC!!!
Why are you placed on ITC if you do regular payments, send e-mails and contact the people continiously???
