We have been members of Bonitas Medical Aid since January 2012 and to this day, we are still without membership cards. This after numerous calls to the scheme and endless emails sent with my postal address requesting cards. Exactly four weeks ago I (once again) phoned the call centre and spoke to Mirl who (I must mention was very courteous and helpful) confirmed my postal address and assured me that my cards would be in the post and I'd receive them within 2 - 3 weeks. Needless to say..., we're still without membership cards!
