Bank cards delivered to an incorrect area

Sometime in May I recieve a notification sms from Std Bank notifying me that my cards are to expire in July 2013, so I should reply to the sms where I want the new cards to be delivered, I replied saying they should be delivered in Sanridge branch in Midrand GP, in June I recieved an sms telling me that my cards have been delivered in Thiboult Square and I must collect them there. I tried to resolve this via their twitter account, but that account is useless as I never recieved any concrete feedback from it. Can my cards be delivered to the address I asked they be delivered to?
