I've been on Imperial Med for nearly going onto 6 months now. I've not received my Medical Aid cards. I've phone the call centre, 0860105221 and after 3 months noticing I haven't got it. She only did my first issue for Medical Aid cards. Receiving them about 2 weeks later, all the information on the card was incorrect. Which is really pathetic and unacceptable. I then phoned after Xmas complaining, and the consultant as usual said they would issue new ones I must wait. What I can't understand is 5 months to issue 2 cards, really?? I want my cards hand delivered to me I can't wait 6 months for dam cards!
