Once again, I have a complaint regarding your service, I had ordered vitality cards as your added value service to your medical aid and I still haven't received my cards even today. This was done telephonically on the 05 July 13 and it has been over a month and still nothing. Everytime I call I get different stories. The last time, I went all the way to discovery offices in sandton only for them to give me only the medical aid cards which I did not need as I had already received it. May you please send through my discovery VITALITY cards as a matter of urgency.
