Never again

I uploaded business cards to be printed on 29/8/13 and followed up the next day upon which I was told to email my design. On 02/09 I was promised that the cards would be ready by the afternoon. The same promise the next day.
On 04/09 I was promised delivery of the cards, since I needed them for a function that evening. This never happened and the cards were only delivered the next day after a lot of complaining.
Now I get an invoice for the cards ALREADY paid and it gets sent to an email address that appears on the cards and who has nothing to do with the order at all.
