My baby is 3months now but his hospital bill is not pd till now. I started enquiring about this on the 9th of September, I got a shock on the 11th of October when I received an unpaid bill from the Dr, phoned Bonitas immediately, spoken to Musa, who said will forward claim to account department and will take 5 working days, phone on the 18th October, Kensani again said will forward claim to account department as an urgent request to be done by that 18th or Monday 21st Oct. I phoned on 21st @ 13h45 spoken to Brunnel who once again told me the processing of payment will take 5 working days, that was very helpful as I've waited 2 months already. Bonitas. When I asked for manager, I was put on hold for more than 10mins on my cellphone during pick time! BONITAS YOU!
