I have been trying now for the last 5 months to contact someone at Spectramed and have been shipped from pillar to post costing me a huge amount on phone calls as this is all done from my mobile phone and to date I still have not been able to do so. I thought it was my broker that was pathetic but now it appears that I may have fired him for nothing as Spectramed never returns phone calls or emails. I am utterly shocked and appalled by the level of service (HUGE LACK OF SERVICE) from what I now deem to be a "Mickey Mouse" company. I have never had such bad service from a medical aid company before.
